On April 2, 2024, the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Science, Technology, and Innovation Policy Institute (STIPI) of King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). The collaboration aims to advance knowledge in the fields of science, technology, innovation policy, and economics — with a focus on supporting Thailand’s future development in terms of economy, society, and labor.

The signing ceremony was held at the Faculty of Economics, Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus, and was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Supachai Srisuchart, Dean, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Chaleampong Kongcharoen, Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, representing Thammasat University. Representing STIPI were Dr. Bank Ngamarunchot, Director of STIPI, and Dr. Jesada Temaismithi, a researcher from the institute.

This partnership aims to promote the exchange of knowledge, data resources, and academic collaboration through joint activities such as workshops, seminars, and research projects.
